RDF XSL Transform of --xml Output

A simple XSL transform to convert the ad-hoc XML output of --xml into an RDF/XML representation of the glo format and metadata. In doing this task, various ontological questions must be settled. The basic metadata fields appear to match the Dublin Core vocabulary fairly well but the glo format itself and various shader-specific and gloc-specific predicates will need to be decided.
