Compliance of this sample with izPack 5.0.0 rc2 #2

I'm an izpack beginner and my first gaol is to learn how izpack works using sample.
Unfortunately your izpack5-example-installer project isn't compliant with izPack 5.0.0 rc2, the constructor of the sample panel are wrong
Could you upgrade this project to provide a reference sample with panels and custom action samples .
