Date & time selection should be mandatory on pickup & dropoff page

On order pickup and dropoff page, date and time selection should be mandatory and if user tries to go to the next or previous page, a notification should popup saying
"Please select a pickup date & time" or "Please select a dropoff date & time" .

Current Behavior

User is able to proceed without making any selections on pickup and dropoff pages.
