ACP region and UCP error's

please describe the steps to reproduce the problem.
Using a fresh install of bbdkp and after getting the blizzard API keys set along with importing my guild. When I try to manually add any character I get a backtrace error of ext/bbdkp/bbguild/model/api/battlenet_resource.php on line 138: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given

Then for the UCP just navigating to the bbguild panel shows a http 500 error.

Expected behavior and actual behavior.

It seems to work for me.

I can import the guild just fine, it's when I go to roster and try to
manually claim a character I get the error.
