General Error after adding Guild

Fresh install of PBWow 3.2.2 on phpBB 3.2, with bbGuild alpha 8 (8/16/2018) installed. PHP 7.2 on a MarioDB 10.1: General error message presents after attempting to add a Guild, after following the steps:

1. Add Game (World of Warcraft)
2. Add Guild (“Argent-Dawn” is the server name, notice the space replaced with a dash)
3. Pressing submit produces a page with the following error:
