Level widget's range is inccorrect #9
Description
When level widget is set to work in range 1-3 on mobile 1 is minimum, 3 is maximum, in this client 0 is minimum, 2 is maximum.
When range is set to 0-3 on mobile 0 is minimum, 3 is maximum, same on this client.
