Consider TinyHTTP as an HTTP framework for @bedsheets/rest-server

TinyHTTP is a low-dependency alternative to Express.js with first class Typescript support. This addresses the original concerns that led me to write the @bedsheets/rest-server implementation by-hand/directly on top of Node.HD’s http module.
