Channel Scan stops early

I have a Mac Mini with OS 10.7.  I have an HDHomeRun Dual.  When I push the scan button it goes up to channel 69 then stops.  HDHomeRun Config shows my channels start at US-Cable CH75-1 and end at CH104-8.  As a result no channels pop up.  I can't find a sample xml file to manually enter my channels.
