1.21?

I took a look at doing it myself and submitting a pull request, but the Controllify api has been updated quite a bit which makes it a bit more of a daunting task since I have no experience using it. By no means am I trying to rush you, but more to let you know that there are people who use this mod and would greatly appreciate the port :)
