Profiler: add StringColumnProfile #247

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Profiling results for string columns are currently returned as StandardColumnProfile. This class does not provide minLength and maxLength results which are available in Scala's StringColumnProfile class in deequ library.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great to improve feature parity and have a StringColumnProfile results for string columns in PyDeequ with the properties available in Scala.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The proposed solution is an easy one and the best.
