Missing debug global option for verbose output

When deploying charts it happens that they are not deployed and removed due to atomic condition. The reason why they are not deployed is not shown in stdout.
After injecting the option '--debug' in

it seems to work.

+1, when debugging a helm update that is using --atomic --wait --wait-for-jobs you need to use the --debug flag so that you can see the status of hanging resources.

I am using this project to automate upgrade tasks and recently I had 19/20 resources updated correctly and only with the --debug flag usage could I see that a service had an issue with its configuration.
