[Fearture request | Opencode Webui BUG] Allow option to stop agent after plan approval since it seems like opencode web/desktop does not auto change the agent.

I'm really enjoying the workflow that this plugins creates.

However, the plugin seems to not be able to change agents when used in the Web ui version of opencode.

That means whenever I use the web ui, I have to manually stop the agent after submission due to the agent still being on plan mode and unable to make edits.

Alternatively I have to run the agent directly in Build mode, which most of the time ends up not submitting the plan unless told explicitly.

A way to simply stop the agent on plan submission after writing the plan would be a good workaround for this issues.

It would also allow for continuing sessions: you can do a "write plan only" if you are out of time and want to write the plan to keep working on it later.
