exstra_score object 1 sample

Hi,

Is it possible to run exSTRa using a single sample and observations for a single locus?
I'm using a filtered version of the HiSeqXTenWGS_PCR file.

> str_score # Sample 'WGSrpt_08', Locus 'HD'
exstra_score object with 129 observations of type named ($data),
  for 1 samples. ($samples)
  Includes associated STR database of 1 locus. ($db)
> tsum <- tsum_test(str_score)
 Error in seq.default(ti[1], ti[2], 1) : wrong sign in 'by' argument

Hi Eudes,

I'm sorry this issue completely passed my radar. Unfortunately, exSTRa requires several samples to run. We had success when used in a cohort of 18 samples. I would not expect to have any success with at all with less than 5 samples, but even less than 10 is not ideal.

I'm sorry that the error message was not informative when it should be. Hence I've labelled this as a bug.

why has this problem? when i choose some locus to make T statistic and encounter the same question
