Feature Request: Mobile mode! #14

I see you've got a branch for this already, but just wanted to put in a vote for this, as I think tablet viewing could be amazing. I haven't had the time yet to test out the touch branch, so hopefully this is well on its way to being implemented.
Right now on my iPad, I find that some comics have pages show up "squished" at what looks like 1/4 height, and others comics render with proper scaling. I haven't quite figured out the pattern.
Apart from that issue, I am hoping for a swipe-to-turn-page interface, and, if possible, pinch-to-zoom.
