Regexp to exclude files from postprocessing

First of all thanks a lot for this wonderfull app !

Could it be possible to add a field in the postprocessing form to provide a regex to exclude some files.

Indeed, I download my downloaded files from my remote server through FTP and before the end of the download the temp file is named example.lftp.

So if i could provide this regex *.lftp to exclude temporary files, it would be great.
