Minimum Docker Compose Configuration (environment variable)

I am not a developer, and I'm trying my best to navigate the code, but I'm still struggling to set up. If anyone is willing to share their Docker Compose configuration that is at least reasonably secure for self-hosted, personal use, I would be very thankful.

Hey @qymab you can look here for guidance.
Fizzy is a single container app, so a compose file doesn't make much sense unless you want to configure it to run with a few dependencies.
