Use Boomerang cutting-edge with removed code and some good defaults

Inject cutting edge Boomerang JS version that also has various builds that include different monitos.

The idea is to save some bytes and CPU when delivering Boomerang JS to the browser.

We probably do not need the Long Task monitor.

Have some reasonable defaults like:

        ResourceTiming: {
            "enabled": true,
            "splitAtPath": true
        }

Remove:

• SPA related stuff
• FID
• TTI
• Page Busy
• TTVR
• and everything that seems unrelated
