Feature Enhancements to Consider

• Keyboard shortcuts - Add hotkeys for common actions (Ctrl+S in settings, etc.)
• Import/Export - Allow users to backup and share their launch configurations
• Categories/Groups - For users with many items, group separators would help
• Search/Filter - Quick filter in settings dialog for large collections
• Custom icon support - Let users specify custom icons instead of only extracting
• Startup with Windows - Add option to run on system startup

Minimize to Tray (Easiest - ~2 minutes)

Add a context menu option to hide/show the toolbar. Currently only closable or always visible.

• Why easy: Tray icon already exists, just need to toggle Visible property
• Impact: Users can temporarily hide toolbar without closing

Keyboard Shortcuts for Launch Items (Easy - ~5 minutes)

Allow users to launch items with Ctrl+1, Ctrl+2, etc.

• Why easy: Just add KeyDown event handler and map keys to button clicks
• Impact: Power users can launch apps without clicking

Opacity/Transparency Slider (Easy - ~10 minutes)

Add option to make the toolbar semi-transparent.

• Why easy: Single property Opacity on the form, save to config
• Impact: Less obtrusive, modern feel

Button Size Options (Medium-Easy - ~15 minutes)

Let users choose Small (32px), Medium (40px - current), Large (56px) buttons.

• Impact: Accommodates different screen resolutions and preferences

Track last launched apps and show a "Recent" submenu in the context menu.

• Why easy: Track launches in a list, serialize to JSON, add submenu
• Impact: Quick access to frequently used apps
