App failing due to vmem limit being met

Hello,

I'm trying to use the brainlife app of this repo with a tractogram of 3 million streamlines and the Glasser parcellation. However, whenever I try to run the app either with a request for tract profiles or not, I reach a vmem issue in which matlab is requesting more memory than what is available in the session.

I am more than happy to provide data or links to the process on this.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
