It would be cool to have notifications
I've been thinking about a way to add notifications in a way that requires zero dependancies.
Can you open the discussion tab so we can see what opinions are? Or maybe even a discord channel? Discord would be neat.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a lot of time to manage this project, so I wouldn’t want to also handle additional discussion channels or drift away from the initial goal (a very simple tool).

The idea of notifications is a good one and can indeed be added without too much work, for example, via a hook triggered when a test fails.
