Allow initial ordering by party preferences in the ballot editor #20

In the ballot editor, would it be possible to have a drop-down to set (or reset) the ordering based on the preferences of a particular party?

That way, if your preferences mostly agree with a particular party but you just want to tweak it a bit, you have a solid starting point instead of having to manually drag around all 40 or 100 odd items. Less error prone.

That way, if I support the Ruby Should Be The National Programming Language Party I can initially order based on their preferences, but then move the C++ Programming Party further up, and move the Javascript Is All You Need Party right to the bottom. (And just leave .NET Really Is Cool, Kinda somewhere in the middle. Those guys aren't gaining any traction anyway.)
