More gmsh importing

Following on from bempp/ndgrid#89 and bempp/ndgrid#100, we should implement:

• Importing a binary (ie non-ascii) gmsh file
• Importing gmsh files with a version other than 4.1
• Importing gmsh files with parametric nodes
