Update to Manifest v3 for version 2.0.0

Google will soon require to migrate to Manifest version 3. The next major version of the extension will be upgraded to Manifest version 3:

Work on this is complete, but Manifest v3 does not support optional_host_permissions yet, so migrating to V3 will remove support for GitHub Enterprise.

Hi @berzniz , is there any ETA when the extension will be released with manifest v3? I updated Chrome and it doesn't allow me to enable the extension anymore, seemingly because of manifest v2
