ack 3.8 DOES support "Multiple patterns with boolean expressions"

In the comparison chart (very nice and appreciated, by the way), the row with the caption

Multiple patterns with boolean expressions

does not have a check mark under awk, but awk supports "--and", "--or", and "--not" as of v3.8

Yes, quite new, so yes, we can and should update the comparison for --not (3.7.0) and --and --or (3.8.0).
(the new-years Ack release was not held for updating website beyond front page News).

In addition to comparison page, the Documentation page, last updated for 3.7.0, also needs to have the new --and --or switches added (probably by having the output of ack --help fully replacing the old body).
