Updating unmanaged #30
Description
Not great updating from file downloads. Options are, I think:
- App checks something to see the latest version then tells you to go there in order to get a new copy. Implemented before with Roller, so easy to do.
- Sickboy rsync stuff. Mm.
- Ruby gem - Deals with dependencies nicely, but not really good for an app.
- Some sort of traditional installer.
