About model in simulate.py

In command of simulate.py, I need to give ' --model_dir xxx'. But how can I generate the model from sample.py?
Can you give an example? Thank you.

you can use --input_suffix in sample.py to change input file suffix, by default, sample.py assumes all input files are in current working directory.
