httpx compatibility with bbot #56
Description
Since bbot pins httpx = "^0.27.0", it would solve many issues to just also have the same pin here - or at least remove the pin on webcap or adjust it to allow for 0.27. It is preventing pip from being able to solve dependencies when using webcap as a bbot dependency.
