docs needed for site

Can we create a way for the developer candidates to grab deploy instructions via docs from DevHire, rather than going to https://github.com/founderbliss/bliss-cli ?

T3 and Leonid made the same comments.
Specifically T3 said "too much confusion getting a link for T3, then going to DevHire, then going to a founderbliss/GitHub"
