Changing "Reason for Update" selection loses current meeting #204

Description

@Redguy1959

If I choose something in Reason For Update, eg select "Change Existing Meeting", then select a meeting from the "Search For Meeting", if I then change "Reason For Update" to something else like "Permanently Close Meeting" I have to search for the meeting all over again (which is not easy when we have hundreds of meetings.

This is especially annoying since we allow users a "Report an Update" on all meetings that Crouton returns. When a user clicks this, they are brought to the BMLT Workflow page with "Change Existing Meeting" already selected, but if they choose to "Permanently Close Meeting" the user has to search for it and many do not know what to do at this point.
