Fix jittery Select Directory dialog resizing in Diffs #108

Description
The "Select Directory" dialog in three-dots → Diffs has layout jitter when directories are selected. The dialog resizes as the current working directory (CWD) changes, causing click targets to shift unexpectedly.
This makes it difficult to navigate deeply nested directories, especially when attempting consecutive operations like clicking .. multiple times to go up directory levels.
Expected Behavior
Click targets should remain fixed and stable as the CWD is changed, preventing the UI from shifting under the user's cursor/input.
Acceptance Criteria
- Dialog maintains consistent dimensions while navigating directories
- Button/clickable elements stay in fixed positions during CWD changes
- No visual jitter or layout reflow when selecting directories
