empty README file

This seems like an excellent tool, but the README file is empty and there isn't any instruction on how to use this code (or if there is, I'm dumb and I can't find it). Either way, could someone point me in the right direction on how to use this tool if it is still available? Thanks!

Thanks for your interest in this little piece of code! There is no official documentation associated with this script, though you can check out the lite help via:

python BLAST2Network.py --help

Basically what this script does is takes an all-verses-all, pairwise-formatted BLAST output, filters for high-scoring matches among members, and generates a graph that also includes community-detection.

This script requires numerous dependencies to fully function:

• Python 2.7 (haven't tested 3+, but it doesnt appear to readily work with 3)
• BlaSTorage (http://biowiki.crs4.it/biowiki/MassimilianoOrsini)
• NetworkX (https://networkx.github.io/)
• Numpy (http://www.numpy.org/)
• Matplotlib (http://matplotlib.org/)
• the Louvain community detection tool (https://bitbucket.org/taynaud/python-louvain).

If there's further interest in this, I can move it to my new repository, though I would feel obligated to update it... as its code is quite out-of-date.
