Hi,

Thanks again for writing this code. This was working nicely for us, but we had to update to the latest nightly build of micromanager to get our camera working (1.4.23, 20200917). Now, if we restart micromanager, we need to do a complete power cycle to get the Teensy3.5 board to be recognised the second time around. As I say, if we power off/on the PC this solves the issue.

I appreciate from your notes that you've probably moved on from this- but any help would be appreciated!

Glad this firmware could be of help!
Can you report what happens if you do this:

1. When wanting restarting micro-manager, first close micro-manager.

2. Pull the usb for the teensy 3.5 out and wait for a ~15 seconds.

3. Put the Teensy back in.

4. Open up micro-manager and try again.

Do you still need to restart the entire computer when you do this?

Thanks for getting back to me. Good news/bad news. I don't have access to the exact MicroManager installation to test this at the moment (as it's currently in use) but when I try to replicate the error using different hardware I can't reproduce the error- so it might be more complicated than simply an issue after updating the MM core.

I'll try to replicate the issue once I can get my hands on the precise hardware/software combination- obviously it's hard to fix if it's not reproducible... Thanks- much appreciated.
