Compatibility with Mega 2560

Hi Bonno, 

Thanks for writing this it work just fine for a standard Arduino I have but I'd like to try and use my OpenStage (https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0088977) in Micro-Manager. The OpenStage uses an Arduino Mega 2560 and before I mess up something up I wanted to find out if the code you wrote for the Uno will work for a Mega 2560?
