Open https://elixir.bootlin.com/linux/v6.17-rc6/source/fs/fsopen.c#L277 .

Click at FSCONFIG_CMD_RECONFIGURE . You will see:
"No definitions found in the database
No references found in the database"

But it is defined here:

https://elixir.bootlin.com/linux/v6.17-rc6/source/include/uapi/linux/mount.h#L104

FSCONFIG_CMD_CREATE_EXCL is not clickable at all
