Telegram Channel Crashing Bot (getUpdates make sure only one bot instance is running)

This is on a Docker ENV, running BP version 12.30.9

I have been coming across this in multiple projects, I have ensured that only one instance is running by changing the bot tokens using botfather but this keeps popping up.
