Update North American area codes and deal with non-geographic codes

The official list of North American area codes is available on the North American Numbering Plan Administration (NANPA) website:

The Excel file provided at the above link should be added to the vendor folder.

Also, it is important to note that NANPA area codes like 800, 866, etc. are non-geographic, so these are not limited to the US or any particular region. Dealing with this may be a bit tricky. An interim solution is to simply label these as "NANPA area" and map them to all North American ISO codes.
