Add possibility to send messages locally #7
Description
Description
Adding the possibility to "send" chat messages only internally.
For example: a mod "sends" a message which can be shown on the EnhancedStreamChat display, but that same message is not send to the Twitch/Mixer platform chats.
Why
This can be used to inform the player of certain things while not cluttering the viewers chat with messages from a mod.
