Could we have some minimal sample code to setup the PHP's object with Client ID and secret and so on?

Since the readme.md is very minimal, do sample codes exist anywhere to get started to initiate the right objects with Client ID and Client Secret, and for a sample call? (like [here](https://github.com/dailymotion/dailymotion-sdk-php) for example)
