Move Docker images to Alpine Linux

Alpine Linux is better suited for containers and results in much smaller Docker images leading to faster deployment.

Issues

• Need to update the paths to Nginx + PHP-FPM binaries.
• Would be harder to docker exec. There is no Bash shell. Maybe sh?
