New maintainer? Wordpress 4?

Looks like @broadinstitute is no longer maintaining. I can't get this plugin to work and I don't know which fork to use. Can we assign a new owner and get it tested against a wordpress 4 install?

For reference, I got @coubeatczech's version to work on Wordpress 4.2.1.

Who is working on this now? As in who is the official fork? I'd like to submit the work I did for "forgotten passwords" and "registration" pages. Along with update my patched libs to use whatever you have done.

Someone brought this old repo to my attention today. If there is another person maintaining a fork of this, I am more than happy to put a note in the README as to where the currently maintained version is as I have not been in the position to keep up with this for years.
