Update hooks to latest OMF syntax

Using events for OMF hooks like `uninstall` and `init` has been deprecated. Since the hooks are not being used, I would recommend just removing `init.fish` and `uninstall.fish` to prevent unnecessary processing overhead of them being loaded.
