Update for Phonegap 3.0

Hello. I was wondering if there were any plans to update the plugin to pg 3.0. I use it in one of my projects and it works great. Thanks!

I made a version of this plugin compatible with phonegap 3.0 comand line interface. I figured it might be useful to some people. Note, there are some changes, see the readme. https://github.com/wootwoot1234/CDVVideo

@bubblefoundry, you should be able to take the layout changes I made and apply them to your plugin to get it to work. There are some other minor tweaks to how the plugin in called, it no longer uses ARC, and the method signature for 'play()' is a little different.

@wootwoot1234 Send me a pull request, I'd be happy to include your changes. That being said, I would prefer to keep ARC.
