asterisk dialplan capture plugin

Even though I don't look at these often anymore it might be fun to write for practice.
It will need to do the following:

1. set filetype of *.adpcap files
2. it should remove all the color code directives from the capture (\033[0;31m stuff)
3. it should have syntax highlighting to make it easy to read

Other stuff maybe

2. section movement
