CircleCI fails when a database view is changed

In #2131, I attempted to change the database view game_player_view.

In spite of the fact that I created a database update for this that matched the change in views.game.sql, the database update-rebuild comparison step failed.

Chaos believes that this is an infrastructure bug.

Just caching the changes that I'm backing out of #2131 to work around this bug:
