Cancelled games w/o opponent show up in history with player B as clickable null

On the Game History page search for cancelled games. Many of them (such as game 112996) appear with Player B listed as null. Clicking on the user "null" correctly gives the error that the player name does not exist. (Thankfully we don't have any players yet called "null".)

It would be better if the player B column were empty or an unclickable null for these games.
