Clonal Complex and lineage in output

I was wondering if it is possible to also include the CC (clonal complex) and lineage in the claMLST output for Listeria?

Hi,

Actually, CC and other element associated to ST were not store on the database and therefore could not be return.
You can cross data with the profile of ST :
