Update symfony/console version constraint for Symfony 7.3 compatibility

Hello,

I would like to use your package bytes-commerce/synology-php-api in a Symfony project currently based on version 7.3. However, the dependency on symfony/console is currently restricted to 7.2.*, which prevents installation with Symfony 7.3.

Would it be possible to update the version constraint of symfony/console in the composer.json to allow ^7.2 || ^7.3? This would improve compatibility with the latest Symfony versions.
