Feature: Updating PAC script using URL address

Settings lack the ability to update the PAC script using a URL address and there is no individual setting for the update frequency in minutes and hours for each PAC, e.g. 5, 15, 30 minutes, 1, 3, 6, 12, 24 hours or disabled.

For setting the PAC script via a URL, this feature was not implemented as I initially believed it would be needed by fewer users. Obviously I'm wrong. This will be supported in the next version.

As for updating the PAC script at a specified time interval, it seems that browsers do not allow us to modify the update frequency directly, unless we use a workaround.
However, we can implement an automatic update that triggers whenever the content of the PAC script changes. Will do as well.
