Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 does not convert

Using the ROM "Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 (UE) [!].gba", it does not detect the engine version and fails to find any of the song pointers.
However, the information for the sound engine can be found at address 0x7711A4. According to the text, it uses version 3.0 of the engine, which I guess was not tested in the program. Other games in the same series, including 2 and 3, extract properly.
