Patch size used for simulated SMLM data

Hi,

I tried to denoise your simulated SMLM data having -0.05 dB, and got weird prediction.
patch_t=160, patch_x=128, n_epochs=20 were used.

With your pretrained model in repo

I could not find patch size used for that data in both article and supplementary information.

Could you please let me know?

Hi. We usually use patch_t=patch_x=160 or 256. You could try that.

I used patch_t = patch_x = 256, but still have the same issue
